It also has verse-by-verse lessons, quizzes, and courses in tajweed, Islamic creed (aqidah) and the fiqh of purification — in Arabic, English and French. It runs in the browser; there is nothing to install.

Yes — Minhajy checks recitation in both Qaloon 'an Nafi' and Hafs 'an 'Asim, and shows the mushaf text in the riwaya you choose. As of September 2026, the other recitation-checking apps we know of check Hafs only.

Juz Amma (جزء عمّ) is the 30th and final part of the Quran: 37 short surahs, An-Naba (78) to An-Nas (114). They are the surahs most Muslims memorise first, because they are recited daily in prayer.
